The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions is responsible for working with the graduate admission/program staff in all aspects of the marketing, recruitment and admissions process for Elon’s eight campus-based graduate programs with particular emphasis on the graduate programs in the Schools of Communications and Education currently including Master of Arts in Interactive Media, Master of Education and Master of Arts in Higher Education. Master’s degree required, preferably in a related field such as a graduate degree in Communications and/or M.Ed. in Higher Ed Administration plus 3-5 years Admissions experience highly recommended, related experience may be considered. The successful candidate will have special skills include prior marketing and admissions experience, strong writing skills, comfort with public speaking, sterling organizational and project management abilities, ability to multi-task with detail, work in a team setting, and a strong self-directed drive to meet ambitious enrollment goals.
