You will be responsible for management and coordination of risk and control projects. They will be expected to support focused risk reporting, and proactively identifying areas of elevated risk. This is a first line of defense function, responsible for: Assist in GMT Risk and Controls Reporting into GM Technology senior management.
Plan the delivery of overall risk and controls program schedule and agenda.
Assist in IT Operational and Regulatory risk reporting for technology senior management. Continual Improvement of the quality of risk reporting we provide, including challenging the sources of data on accuracy and identifying efficiencies in the preparation process.
Partner with central IT control teams in performing required annual SOX and IHC IT Control testing and reviews
Represent, as required, GMT and IHC Technology in Regulatory and Control meetings
Centrally manage and coordinate the remediation of top regulatory risks facing GMT, working with points of contact in each of the GMT product lines
The person will have the opportunity to build a wide network of relations across technology management facing to GMT management, CISO, cyber security programs, second line technology risk team and internal audit.

You Offer Qualifications:
Understanding of IT control frameworks. Prior experience working with SOX and IT control programs is a big plus
Experience in assessing, planning and executing mitigations actions for Technology Regulatory MRAs
Proven record in preparing and presenting Technology Regulatory reporting
You should be able to efficiently document process and procedures.
Ability to act under pressure and work independently
Adept at developing relationships with managers at all levels. High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency.
Work with people across different groups and time zones
Project management and reporting expertise is a plus
Relevant IT and control function preferably in the financial industry.
Highly disciplined, able to work with limited supervision and delivering on tight deadlines. Confidence to take ideas forward and to challenge others, where appropriate.
