Under the direction of the Dean of Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies, the Executive Director of Enrollment Management is expected to take the lead on identifying and attaining specific enrollment goals for all Petrocelli programs, both credit and noncredit. S/he will design strategies and plans to achieve these goals and manage all aspects of the admissions and recruitment funnel. Responsibilities include tracking and driving enrollment growth for all Petrocelli College programs; developing prospect pools; managing successful conversion and yield strategies; increasing applications and enrollments through collaborative work with Marketing and market research, implementing outreach and sales strategies; and compiling, analyzing and tracking enrollment data. The incumbent works closely with program directors and the Executive Director of Marketing. In addition, as a member of the Dean's management team, the Executive Director participates actively in Petrocelli College strategic planning.
1.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive supervisory and leadership experience in an enrollment management/recruitment capacity.
2.Proven ability to motivate staff and build cohesive teams.
3.Experience working with traditional and digital marketing strategies.
4.Experience working with the adult student population and capable of producing enrollment results independently.
5.Proficiency with a CRM system, and experience with integrated student information systems.
6.Experience producing and analyzing data in order to identify enrollment and student demographics/trends.
7.An in-depth understanding of the college admissions process, with a broad knowledge and perspective in the field of higher education and adult education.
8.Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
9.Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
