The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator works in partnership with our learning technologies team to ensure the successful operation of the enterprise-wide LMS (SABA) to drive optimum learning efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance for Christiana Care.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide ongoing enterprise level support for the LMS to employees and physicians, including, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration
Provide end-user technical support (troubleshooting, reporting technical issues, etc.) for the LMS when necessary, resolving end-user issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces with Christiana Care's Human Resource Information System and the LMS.
Audit and monitor data integrity in the LMS
Coordinate with department-level administrators across Christiana Care to effectively support managers, instructors and learners across Christiana Care
Work with Instructional Designers to support the development and testing of eLearning Modules to be delivered through the LMS
Communicate changes and updates to the LMS to affected users and key stakeholders
Work with the instructional technology team to administer the LMS by configuring and assigning roles and privileges within the system
Support and/or coordinate LMS-related projects as assigned
Manage, prepare, and deliver regular reports & reports as requested from key stakeholders by using existing report templates or creating custom reports.
Conduct quality assurance checks on training materials as needed
Manage & coordinate various processes and documentation related to the LMS
Other duties as assigned.
Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
Support the implementation of new functionalities within the LMS to address future system needs.
SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS:
Frequent contact with iLead leaders, Directors and Steering Committees, system educators, instructional designers and department level administrators. Periodic contact with other departmental directors, managers and staff, including physicians and executive management.

Direct supervision received from Program Manager for Strategic Learning and Development
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Education, Curriculum Development (preferred)
2-3 years of equivalent experience in the field of business administration, informational technology, education, training & development or healthcare.
2-3 years experience with Learning Management or Helpdesk (Preferred)
Helpdesk or end-user technical support preferred
Proficiency in eLearning, mobile learning and educational software
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and public relations.
Ability to function as an active team member.
Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, tact and diplomacy required.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle complex multi-task projects independently.
Demonstrates expertise in required computer skills relevant to diverse project demands.
Strong attention to detail including ability to edit documents and enter data with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to develop training aids and instructional materials
Ability to adjust quickly and constructively to changing demands and circumstances.
Ability to communicate with a variety of users and stakeholders at different levels utilizing different methods (written, verbal, visual)
