About the role
TMF Group is looking for a professional TA Lead, a result oriented individual who can support our local recruitment, build the employer brand and participate in ongoing recruitment projects.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and work with a high degree of ambiguity.
Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-ordination, and offer management;
Sourcing of candidates through industry networking and direct headhunting;
Building strong pipeline of talent whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis;
Ensure cost effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent;
Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders;
Be the part of a key member of the global recruitment team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs.
The successful candidate will have:
Good market knowledge and network in local market;
Full cycle recruitment experience within an agency/search and/or in house;
Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment;
Previous experience of using an application tracking system (ATS) and external sourcing tools;
Ability to proactively provide up-to-date market information and recruiting practices;
Proven experience of recruiting/headhunting senior level executives as well as high volume recruitment;
Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques;
Exceptional drive and motivation to achieve hiring goals;
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, diverse environment;
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Detail oriented individual with eye for quality - always mindful of ensuring an excellent candidate experience;

Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
