Lead the efforts on planning and delivery of key LRCD business initiatives including project management, project execution, liaison with regulators, coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Identify and implement optimization enhancements to business practices and processes across the division
Develop and implement divisional budgets, prepare regular budget monitoring reports and track relevant follow up action
Assist in LRCD resource planning, manage staff engagement events and other divisional activities such as team building activities and town hall meetings
Support the LRCD management team in other ad hoc tasks as assigned
University Degree, preferably in Finance/ Business/ Economics or related subjects
At least 10 years' relevant experience, of which at least 2 years at supervisory level in well-established financial organizations
A proactive self-starter and strong team player with critical thinking and competent in working in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
Strong skills on office applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, WORD and EXCEL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good business understanding and interest in the equities, fixed income and currencies, and/or commodities markets
Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua and Cantonese is a plus.
