Overall supports multiple professional interest communities and assists in managing of benefits deliverables with volunteer committees. Provides overall program support and coordination for Sections.
Provide overall program administrative duties as needed.
Maintain digital media channels and webpages for all Sections, including but not limited to managing up-to-date content (provided by executive committee members), for blogs promotional posts for social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google-hangout), and copy for websites as necessary. Facilitate conversations among communities through the on-line forum. Measure engagement and use metrics to draw insights from the previous month’s interactions.
Collaborate schedule and send out deliverables (newsletters, brown bag/teleseminars, webinars) and other marketing messages via e-blasts
Schedule all executive committee calls and serve as backup
Assist with membership recruitment and retention
Assist Program Manager with volunteer training development at Leadership Rally.
Assist Program Manager with Coordinating governance process for multiple executive committees including: Distributing calls for nominations, contacting potential volunteers, managing the ballot process and entering contact information into databases.
Assist with all Section activities as needed
Coordinate distribution of the Sections Membership Value Survey.
Provides support to Senior Manager of Events, as it relates to Section Conferences.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience: 3+ years experience working with associations or in a program management position.
Strong analytical and budgeting skills are needed.
Travel for about 25 days per year to Section conferences.
