UW Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a Telehealth Operations Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing the telehealth training platform, provider privileging process, telehealth department budget tracking, reporting (e.g., dashboard, newsletter, data collection and analysis), customer relations (e.g., managing opportunity intake process, web content management), internal operations, and the responsibilities to support the Washington State Telehealth Collaborative. UW Medicine Telehealth supports the UW Medicine mission—to improve the health of the public—by providing telehealth and telemedicine services for medical education and specialized clinical care, particularly in rural and underserved communities in the Pacific Northwest and greater WWAMI region (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho). This individual manages core operations for telehealth services, including processes and controls that span 19+ programs. Focusing on partnerships and collaborations, he/she/they will serve as a key contact for telehealth services operations, including inquiries related to the Washington State Telehealth Collaborative and external UW Medicine partnership opportunities. Act as a facilitator and project manager for assigned Washington State Telehealth Collaborative services--current, in-progress, and prospectives/program opportunity management. Manage planning, progress, project scheduled, reports, evaluation for program engagement on behalf of the Telehealth Services Medical Director, Chair of the Washington State Telehealth Collaborative, and the Telehealth Services Director. The Telehealth Operations Coordinator will be responsible for disseminating and communicating complete and accurate information regarding telehealth services and their policies, procedures, changes, and information that could affect UW Medicine operations, policies, procedures, practices, revenue or contracts. Must maintain up-to-date knowledge about the telehealth services provided by UW Medicine and the Washington State Telehealth Collaborative, as well as the services and contracts in-development. He/she/they will be proficient in telehealth services program management, existing guidelines, billing requirements, and interpretation as well as relevant medical terminology. REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or in other related field AND a minimum of five (5+) years of experience in program management (preferably in a healthcare setting), operations, project portfolio management, or related organizational management responsibilities. Extensive experience in facilitating large meetings, demonstrating the ability to represent a complex organization or collaborative of various stakeholders and lead to outcomes.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop, assess, and implement at all operational phases of a project.Experience working with multiple types of businesses, hospitals, clinics, and practices as a business operations liaison between those entities to achieve a common goal. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to develop and deliver communications to individuals at all levels within UW Medicine, including executives.Ability to plan and manage projects with cross-functional teams. Ability to reinforce consistent customer experience and processes in a large scale, complex environment while working with internal and external stakeholders. Must understand HIPAA privacy rules and comply with its requirements.Demonstrated experience and skills in building positive and productive relationships, and the ability to coordinate teams and collaborations under tight time constraints.Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex processes simultaneously.Resilient, agile, and ability work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.Experience making independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within scope of responsibilities.Must be able to operate and communicate at a high professional level while performing work at a detailed level and frequently transfer and move between the two.
