Responsible for overall management of a global application center team focused on the Metals, Paper, and Converting industries to achieve its sales objectives. Responsible for the P&L consistent of annual order intake, revenue, gross margin and other business KPIs such as customer satisfaction index targets. Leads the development and execution of a business strategy through a direct team of Solutions Consultants and Project Managers in addition to a matrix team of Engineers and Operations team members to ensure successful execution of projects and to deliver on commitments made to the customer. Works with the sales team, customers and other cross company personnel to generate demand, develop differentiated solutions, and deliver on the benefits of a connected enterprise.
