Working under general direction, manages all facets (e.g. scope, resources, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual operational projects including planning, design, training and field adoption. Identifies gaps and process inconsistencies within domestic offices/lines of business and works to correct. Provides appropriate levels of detail, and summarizes & solves complex issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides strategic direction and resource management in leading and executing operational projects and corporate initiative roll-outs. Supports business leaders in creating policies and executing corporate initiatives.
Coordinates field personnel and shared services groups in facilitating successful project implementations. Direct accountability, with other project leads, for project delivery.
Works with Subject Matter Experts to create best practices company-wide. Ensures systems and processes are in compliance with line of business practices and applicable external regulations.
Develops training program(s) for the field team; to include creation of training strategy and corresponding deliverables and implements plan.
Provides direction to Regional Functional Manager group(s). Monthly facilitation of a team call including agenda creation, speaker participation and project updates. Implements communication plan to keep stakeholders informed.
Provides consultation as a Subject Matter Expert when invited by shared services groups who need an Operations perspective to discussions and projects.
Facilitates regular team meetings to review active and pending projects pipeline. Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and lead projects through implementation and completion. Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines, etc. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
Performs other duties as assigned.
May provide formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four year college or university plus a minimum five years of related experience and/or training.
Previous experience in an operational leadership role preferred.
Highly desired experience in Construction Project Management (e.g. SPJM, PJM, GC, Architect, Engineering)
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Preferred Construction industry Accreditations(PMP, LEED, ECT).
Preferred Office 365 certification

Coordinates communications (Inter/Intra) of PJM with various stakeholder groups
