Project Manage the end to end implementation of complex commercial cards deals in line with defined project management methodology (PMI) thus enhancing the client's on-boarding experience.
Disciplined application of structured project management methodologies throughout the implementation life cycle, ensuring effective project control and delivery to plan
Manage and coordinate the work involved in a client's commercial card programme working with partners including Sales, Product, Technology, Client Operations, Marketing, Risk and Controls, Legal and other teams
Serve as single point of contact for the client and internal functional partners, responsible for the coordination and successful end-to-end delivery of projects. Closely manage the expectations of the client organisation and ultimately act as trusted advisor for our commercial cards clients.
Partner with the client to escalate and manage critical issues to resolution.
Ensure effective transition from project to production
Lead meetings and coordinate activities of the cross-organizational implementation teams
Accurately report project status, escalating effectively for "on hold" and slow moving deals.
Continuously reduce implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage and associated revenue conversion lead time. Accurately report project status, escalating effectively for "on hold" and slow moving deals
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to department initiatives to implement process enhancements
Effective maintenance and communication of MIS and project metrics. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required.
Gain experience in leading complex projects for highly visible deals within TTS and responsibility for dedicated client portfolio management.
Enhance project management, communication, problem solving, influencing and other skills required to deliver complex projects
Develop a broad and deep understanding of Citi's TTS products and services
Senior Management exposure; manage senior Citi and client stakeholders
Project Management Certification by a reputable organization (i.e. PMI) is preferential.
Post graduate degree
Extensive years Project Management experience
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince)
Proven track record of successful implementation of complex, multi-product deal portfolios for major (platinum) corporate/public sector clients
Proven track record of consistently strong performance and excellent project delivery
Client relationship management skills
Extensive years of experience in client focused (B2B) environment
Industry knowledge is an advantage - either Credit/Charge Cards or Travel industry. Experience of expense/transaction management processes also an advantage
Purchasing and eProcurement experience also preferred, or finance and accounts payable
Language Requirements - French Speaker Preferable
Results orientation - evidence of proactively driving projects to conclusion
Ability to manage high workload within a pressurised environment.
Wide organisational knowledge and cross-functional team work experience to deliver multi-work stream projects
Communication and presentation skills to command senior client and senior internal stakeholder meetings (Steering Committees)
