PNP Staffing Group is proud to partner with a large human services organization located in the Greater New York City area in their search for a Program Manager.
Ensures that direct services are of the highest quality, are client-centered and provide optimal outcomes through the use of best practice interventions.
Plays key role in preparing annual forensic program budgets, ensures that services operate in a highly cost effective manner and meet budget projections.
Provides ongoing assessment of service area needs and emerging trends in the field and recommends changes in services as appropriate.
Participates in strategic planning, program development, program expansion, and project management for forensic services programs.
Assists with the professional development of program staff including coordination of staff training program.
Strives to ensure that direct service staff have the resources they need to best serve clients and that supervisors have the management tools to support their teams.
Ensures adherence to Agency’s HR and fiscal policies, standards, and principles.
Creates a culture where staff can do their best work.
As a representative of the Agency shares the values, knowledge, and skills with other organizations, community groups, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
Maintains good relationships with stakeholders and partners to advocate for clients and those working in the field of human services. Establishes themselves in the community as a thought leader around our vision and values.
Monitors and ensures timely filing of all reports to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, contract requirements and fiscal standards.
Supervises 8 staff, including Clinical Supervisor and Program Assistant.
Works closely with key Agency leaders to develop strategic / business plans and key performance indicators for each of the programs--including quality / outcome measures.
Develops and oversees a program of Continuous Quality Improvement for each of the forensic programs / service groups; coordinates the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Ensures that forensic programs / services comply with all relevant regulatory, licensing and credentialing requirements—including program compliance with internal policies, procedures and processes; works closely with leadership to coordinate these efforts.
MSW and LCSW
Experience with sex offender-specific treatment, including sex offender evaluations
Exemplary organizational and budget management skills, strategic thinking
Client focus and connection to the mission
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all levels of program staff
Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
