As a Risk Transformation Manager you will be responsible for managing the transformation agenda from a Risk perspective relating to the Santander Asset Finance and Santander Invoice Finance businesses. The role will working closely with the broader risk transformation team, the Head of Santander Asset Finance & Santander Invoice Finance Risk, and the COOs for SAF and SIF and their transformation programme teams. You will also lead initiatives within the risk space and ensure the end to end credit management policies, processes and systems are fit for purpose and fully integrated with the business.

As a Risk Transformation Manager your main responsibilities will be
To set up, lead and execute initiatives/projects within a Risk Transformation Plan relating to Santander Asset Finance and Santander Invoice Finance.
To work closely with SAF and SIF business owners (Credit Partners, Underwriters, Monitoring and Control, Portfolio Management) to identify and conduct initiatives to improve policies, processes and systems.
To work closely with other stakeholders from Risk (Global Areas, Methodology, Solvency) and/or from other areas of the Bank (Front Office, Middle Office, Manufacturing) to identify and conduct initiatives to deliver the most appropriate / best outcome for the customers (internal and/or external), acting as a representative from corporate risk.
Play a lead role in the Santander Asset Finance and Santander Invoice Finance strategic transformation agenda, ensuring that solutions supporting end to end credit management are fit for purpose, fully integrated with the business and aligned to the strategic plans for corporate risk.
To maintain effective stakeholder management. Identify, establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and manage their expectations, ensure project tasks are allocated to appropriate owners and influence those owners to maintain full ownership of task completion.
Minimum skills and experience required
Track record in building good relationships with stakeholders and Influencing skills facilitate cross-functional working across the division and wider business.
Understanding of Asset Finance and Invoice Finance credit products.
Experience of leading and executing initiatives/projects within risk.
Experience of change management.
Able to organise own workload and meet deadlines and works effectively both individually and as part of a team.
