We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Analyst, Commercialization .
Deliver digital performance measurement, analysis and reporting across HSBC Digital Products and Markets to maximise revenue generation and business growth
Define digital data requirements across customer journeys, support the development and augmentation of the Global Digital KPIs and Metrics framework and support HSBC Digital Commercialisation teams with reporting, analysis and insight as required
Act as the focal point for data driven insight for the Digital Metrics and Insight Activation teams
Define new metrics and reporting, driving data quality, analysis and provide actionable insights to support global, regional and local priorities and strategy
Share best practice with the wider analytics community and business areas
Provide support, knowledge and expertise where required to drive forward digital analytics expertise and understanding of digital customer behavior as well as digital product performance
Build strong relationships with Digital Commercialization teams as well as other analytics teams both in global, off shore and in market to bring data driven insight to life
Ensure that all Retail Banking and Wealth Management Digital services offer standout customer experience and fully deliver on our brand promise
Excellent hands on analytical skills with proven ability to analyse complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses and delivering recommendations
Excellent Numerical, Analytical and Presentation skills
Strong web analytics skills, preferably in the Adobe Analytics suite of products
Strong experience in data visualization tools and techniques, previous experience with Qliksense, Tableau or similar
Experience of SQL, BI and MIS platforms and other Database and Data Manipulation tools
Strong working knowledge of customer and social listening tools
Experience of working with behavioral and attitudinal data and segments and identify patterns on our digital properties
Experience of manipulating data to create customer led, data driven reports
Previous experience in the digital banking space and strong understanding of consumer finance products across multiple markets
Good awareness of digital channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations
Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
Awareness of the Multi-Channel and the ability to balance effectiveness in Digital channel with multichannel impact
