Experience with writing reports and data analytics
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
Banner and OnBase experience
Experience with 1099 reporting and escheatment reporting
Additional education or certifications such as information systems, accounts payable management certification, CPA or MBA
Responsibilities – Essential Functions:
Manages Accounts Payable staff and operations.
Manages tax classification, withholding and reporting for Accounts Payable.
Manages the travel and expense reimbursement process and compliance with University policies.
Responsible for the Abandoned Property review process and related reporting.
Manage information systems for the Controller’s office, including Banner Finance, OnBase imaging and workflow, Argos report writing, Form Fusion and Intellicheck.
Design and implement imaging and workflows in OnBase to support Accounts Payable and other finance functions.
Work with IT to design, test, and schedule system processes in Banner.
Work with IT and other University administrative offices with regards to data retention, integrity and standards.
Design and implement input and output data feeds and processes with IT. Oversee routine data control including various data feeds for Banner Finance and OnBase.
Prepare user training manuals and provide training to finance system users.
Other duties as assigned by the Controller.
