Coordinates and organizes the day-to-day operations of Donor Relations serving as the primary contact for the office.
Receipts and acknowledges all University gifts.
Provides program support for Donor Relations including stewardship, reporting, engagement, recognition, and donor programs.
Administers the University's first-time donor program, student/donor program, and college stewardship standards.
Drafts and edits a variety of materials including acknowledgement letters, reports, communications, and donor recognition.
Supports the development of donor created funds.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Graduation from a four year college or university and one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Two or more years of professional experience in Donor Relations or a related field (development, customer service, higher education)
Superior attention to detail.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel.
