The Role Responsibilities
Quality and analysis role of gathering requirements, document processes, produce reports and metrics to support the adherence of project, programmes and portfolio to the bank's PM standards.
Deliver communication, document user references and provide guidance to PMO portfolios, Programme and PMs on the business rules, internal standards and tools usage to enhance the project community's process and tools knowledge and skills
Deliver process improvements by directly supporting the ePMO SG team, by consolidating inputs, tracking performance and reporting to enable analysis and design work to be performed that contribute towards process improvements, tools enhancement and data quality improvements
Support the change management activities that promote the effectiveness and efficiency of portfolio, program and project execution and Clarity usage that are aligned to standards and best practices
Our Ideal Candidate
Working experience in using Clarity for project financial management, project reporting and resourcing is a must
Sound knowledge on project financial management of budgeting, forecasting, and accrual protocols in SCB environment.
Have a good understanding of SCB project management framework and best practices
Understand the concepts of investment management, prioritization and ROI
Strong working knowledge in using MS excel for data consolidation and reporting
Able to perform analysis and design work, documentation of guide and best practices to support the change management process of the enhanced processes and Clarity tool usage to the PM community
