About the Department The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group's business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
Supervise or generate all productivity related reports or analytics and ensure smooth transition for system enhancement in CACS (Collection System) or Non CACS (other system)
Manage data mining process and other analytic technique to achieve quality and sophisticated business models.
Initiate process reengineering/streamlining of current workflow for existing reports/analytics/process and enforce proper control process for critical items.
Responsible for system related projects or change request for CACS and coordinate project timelines. Supervise or manage CACS strategy rule change and provide relevant supports to the users.
Identify gaps in existing business and IT processes, recommend and execute implementable solutions to address the issues
A team player who is driven, analytical and meticulous, and possesses good written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to work independently.
Manages multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and responds to requests in a timely manner.
Need to be able to deal with counterparts who may not be technologically literate
Able to manage regional counterparts to ensure timely submission of productivity reports and updates
Exhibited strong analytical/problem solving skills-able to follow procedures and resolve exceptions.
Strong project management skills, pro-active, committed and result-oriented with high degree of drive
Knowledge in SAS scripting, databases, software development processes an advantage
Degree holder (preferably in Banking & Finance or Business Admin or Computer Science or related field) with minimum of 8 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, IT management, System administration and financial environment.
Broad understanding of the business and information technology, including data networks and database management. Must also be able to review and understand the limitations of technology in relation to key business processes.
