The New England Centenarian and Supercentenarian Studies (NECSS) and the Long Life Family Study (LLFS) based at Boston University and Boston Medical Center are seeking a full-time research project manager. The NECSS is the largest sociodemographic and genetic study of exceptional longevity in the world with over 2000 subjects enrolled. We also are building an unprecedented sample of people over the age of 110 years. Boston Medical Center is one of 4 Study Centers participating in the LLFS, a study of families that cluster for exceptional longevity. The Data Analyst I will be responsible for executing statistical and bioinformatic analyses, as well as manage the collection and processing of data of centenarians enrolled in the Centenarian project of the Longevity Consortium. The main responsibilities for this project are: statistical programming, data sharing and data management and providing principal investigators with written sections on data management and statistical methods for grants and manuscripts.
Masters' Degree Required
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, have exceptional oral communications and writing skills.
Experience in data analysis and manuscript preparation is helpful.
Knowledge of MS Word, Power Point, and Excel is essential.
Intermediate computer and technical skills.
