This position is responsible for performance that promotes excellent customer service and an overall service excellence philosophy. This position will (1) be the primary analytical support for assigned departments and their systems; (2)develop a thorough understanding of business functions; (3) evaluate processes, user requirements, and system functionality to assist in the selection and implementation of complex systems, (4) initiate and manage projects consistent with FSCA team methods;(5) perform requirements analysis to help develop enhancements to applications, reports, interfaces, and systems, (5) design or assist in the selection and installation of complex administrative systems and (6) monitor information technology output for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
This position will support facilities, supply chain, and administrative applications within the University Applications Management Division.
