The Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine is seeking three full-time positions on the Academic Clinician track at the Assistant or Associate or Full Professor level.
This full-time position at the Assistant (or Associate or Full, if applicable) Professor level in the Academic Clinician track (non-tenure accruing) calls for a person who, through excellence in administration, teaching, and clinical practice in restorative dentistry, is able to build and maintain the department’s reputation nationally and internationally through leadership and direction of department activities. These activities include teaching in predoctoral education programs, administration and management in the department, who will have the commitment to help build a strong clinical program for the Division of Operative Dentistry, as well as service to the community. A DDS/DMD or equivalent degree is required; administrative experience and/or advanced knowledge in CAD/CAM and chairside digital dentistry are desirable.
