Act as the General manager and Program Manager for one of the firm's most high profile Partner organizations for both digital banking and consumer cards
Set the strategic vision from a marketing and product management perspective, while being responsible for overall PnL
Maintain and develop fruitful working relationships with the Partner organization
Motivate and lead cross-function teams across multiple divisions within the bank (Marketing, Risk, Finance, Tech, etc.)
Hire, train, and lead a team
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience within retail banking
Experience with marketing and external relationship management
A track record of driving business growth and using data-driven insights to enhance decision making
Strong communication skills and an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Experience managing a team and guiding junior individuals
