Work with the State Extension Community Development (CD) director, faculty, and staff to support program development, delivery, and evaluation. Coordinate program marketing and awareness efforts. Assist State CD program professionals in creating educational program and scholarly presentation materials such as handouts, slide (PPT) presentations, factsheets, tech reports, bulletins, spreadsheets, etc. Adapt and modify factsheets, tech reports, and bulletins to a variety of digital output formats such as podcasts. Maintain and expand web-based programs (including Carmen or outward-facing online program offerings), and program-related news, materials, etc. Post highlights of program and program-related news and materials to CD Facebook and other social media pages. Assist State CD program professionals in scheduling, coordinating, planning, and preparing for meetings, programs, and training workshops. Publicize meetings, programs, and training workshops via targeted communications with stakeholders, intended audiences, etc., using a variety of methods and media. Develop and maintain program participant and partner contact information necessary to support ongoing program evaluation and program awareness/marketing efforts. Work with State CD Office Administrative Associate as needed to secure locations for meetings, programs, training workshops, food, and refreshments. Coordinate program evaluation efforts including data analysis and reporting.

This is a TERM appointment for a maximum of three years, dependent upon funding.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Community Planning, Community Development, Applied Economics or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated success in working as part of a team and initiating collaborative partnerships; must be willing to work flexible hours with minimal supervision and manage work schedule independently; excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals in different settings; proficiency in word processing, data manipulation and analysis, web-based applications such as WordPress, Drupal, online learning platforms, and social media; familiarity with video production and editing.
Three to five years of professional experience effectively supporting applied research and related educational programs for audiences with diverse learning styles.
Target Salary: $12.03 - $15.09 Hourly
