OHSU is extending Epic and various other services and products to selected partner sites through the \u201cCommunity Connect\u201d program, and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead this effort in the hospital environment.
The Inpatient Implementation Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of implementation of Epic and associated third party applications in the Inpatient setting for assigned Community Connect partners. This position:
Coordinates and directs internal and external resources to ensure successful project completion, respecting project budget, scope, and schedule.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Performs risk analysis/management
Tracks project performance against plan
Develops a comprehensive project plan, including implementation phases as needed
Works with customers and internal resources to smoothly transition support to operations at the conclusion of the project
In consultation with various stakeholders, defines success metrics and drives user adoption and organizational and patient value.
Creates project reports and presentations to communicate project information to stakeholders at various organizational levels
Drives process and content standardization during system implementation
Follows change control processes to ensure proper vetting of project change requests
