- Reviewing key documentation, contracts and agreements relating to the Brexit project
- Negotiating changes to the firm's Brexit facing documentation
- Coordinating with external clients, internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Liaising with external counsel from various European jurisdictions
- Project management
The ideal candidate will have had exposure to both commercial and corporate legal work as well as having compliance and MIFID II experience. The firm require a lawyer qualified in England and Wales.
Foreign languages are desirable for this role.
