About The Role Role Location: 40 Bank St, Canary Wharf, London E14 5EJ, UK Role Type: Permanent, full-time
As the Associate Director for FI (Financial Institution) Sales, you will have the responsibility for maximising the business profitability for Bank clients across Europe and for expanding the market position held across this region. This will be done through the effective implementation of the Transaction Banking (TB) FI strategy and by leveraging on strong People & Industry leadership. With clients that have a global reach, you will engage with stakeholders located in key markets including Australia, New Zealand, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong. You will also take part in our evolving engagement with the Fintech industry and relative to cross-border payments & trade finance. This role will also require strong collaboration with broader representatives across Product, Relationship, and Compliance teams.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
Significant banking experience across Transaction Banking Sales and Relationship management covering the FI client segments
Strong product knowledge in FI Trade, Clearing, and PCM (Payments & Cash Management)
Digitally minded and a desire to be at the forefront of digital innovation
Well-established client network
Excellent sales management, negotiation, and presentation skills
High level of sales discipline and the ability to work independently
Demonstrated skills in senior stakeholder management, collaboration and the ability to manage internal relationships
