Division of Professional Studies - Marketing Department
The Marketing Department within the Division of Professional Studies partners with academic departments and support units across campus to promote undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs within the Division along with special sessions, academic initiatives, and new program development on campus.
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing technical aspects of digital marketing campaigns which includes data management, website development/maintenance, marketing reports, utilization of the customer relationship management system, and executing email campaigns. The data coordinator will work closely with both marketing and IT staff to respond to pressing needs and grow the tools available to meet marketing and recruitment goals. This position will also be instrumental in identifying and implementing data solutions across all Division of Professional Studies program areas. This entry-level role will be responsible for developing digital materials, ensuring data is input properly into systems, managing lists, segmenting data for campaigns, and reporting on current status of data and campaign results.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
One to three years of experience in website development, data analysis, and/or database administration
Experience with website analytics and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog
Familiarity with data analysis tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R
Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools
Familiarity with RegEx
Knowledge of data analysis for marketing and/or higher education
