If this sounds like you, then you could be our next Senior Accounting Manager. In this role you will report to the CFO. You will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and all subsidiary ledgers. You will coordinate with and be supported by a corporate field accounting team, technical accounting team and others.
Ensure that all required department reports are completed, and information is compiled timely for month end closing;
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable process;
Reconcile bank accounts;
Analyze & report monthly inventory purchases, valuations, and cost of goods sold;
Maintain accurate and efficient accounting files and data;
Complete all projects in a timely and professional manner;
Ensure all sales reports, departmental reports and other financial statements are accurate prior to distribution;
Prepare variance analysis and reports;
Prepare inter-company transactions and reconciliations;
Provide accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested;
Act as a liaison with other departments as needed to ensure efficient operational performance;
Support company initiatives within the department;
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, guests, and colleagues and ensures prompt response and resolution to all inquiries.
Required Education and Experience
English reading, writing, math and computer skills required;
Strong attention to detail;
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent, and 5+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience, CPA certification is a plus;
Strong technical accounting background;
Strong Excel experience;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong organizational skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
