Responsible to the Information Technology Services Associate Chief Information Officer/Chief of Staff for creation and design of strategic content and tactical implementation of content marketing strategies for internal and external ETSU Online marketing and ITS communication initiatives; Works closely with the Director of Marketing for Online Programs to develop marketing and communication plans to increase enrollments in ETSU Online course and program offerings; Works with ITS administrative staff to develop and implement communication plans in support of ITS projects and goals; Serves students directly as a point of contact, consultation, and referral; Manages and supports the planning, development and deployment of initiatives that promote a high level of service to ETSU Online students; Adapts to changing priorities; Is creative and works independently to achieve the goals of Information Technology Services; Performs other related duties as assigned.
