EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Advanced degree (Master’s degree in Nursing, or J.D.) required. Possesses and maintains a current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. Certification with CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, CPHRM (Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management), and/or CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) preferred. EXPERIENCE At least 5 years of progressively responsible relevant experience in quality, patient safety, regulatory and accreditation, or performance improvement. Management / leadership experience in healthcare and clinical experience preferred. Knowledgeable and experienced in Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA or other performance improvement methods, with record of successful improvement projects. SKILLS Strong record of leadership, project management, collaboration, and proven implementation. Demonstrated analytic and computer skills including use of statistical process control charts, with strong writing, problem solving, and communication skills.
