IT Security provides the Group with a secure operating environment, safe from malicious attacks or the abuse of privileged access and promotes the secure use of IT across the Group.

Join our CIO IT Cyber Risk Control and Audit team which forms part of the wider Cyber Security area and you can help us make it possible.
They're responsible for leading various assurance and risk areas across this important function including:
Internal and external audits, liaising with Group Internal Audit and external auditors such as Ernst Young, KPMG and PwC;
Taking care of Regulatory responses
Having a hand in Control Testing and liaising with wider Risk functions where identified issues require input.
Having oversight of Risks whilst imparting their knowledge on projects aligned to known risks.
So what would you be doing?
As a Manager in this team you'd report to the Senior Manager and build up a reputation as a Subject Matter Expert within all the areas above
You'll also get to lead on particular areas such as audits, regulatory responses and compliance matters.
You'd be responsible for helping to lead and nurture a small function along with wider cross-departmental units when a collaborative approach is required.
You'd drive targeted improvements in both performance and compliance activities by working collaboratively with Technical Leads to drive improvements to areas identified by audits, regulatory direction or identified risks.
Finally you'll have the autonomy to handle your own workload - delivering quality pieces of work to set timescales whilst setting objectives for others if needed.
You'll be an ambitious, problem-solving individual looking to broaden your experience of IT Cyber Security as well as expanding your regulatory, audit, risk and compliance horizons.We'll need you to possess a strong communication toolkit to work with wider technical and non-technical people, senior internal customers and external regulators.
We'll expect you to have an understanding of the Risk approach adopted by Financial Services companies to meet our regulatory environment.
We'd also see any previous Technology Risk or even Cyber Security risk exposure as being be highly advantageous.
