Support the goals of Student Success within the Division of Enrollment Management through the strategic and effective use of information and communications technology to develop and deliver messaging, trainings, tools, and resources that enhance student satisfaction, belonging, and the ability of students to navigate the university. Work with students, schools, and units across the university to identify and address needs, ensuring all members of the university community can effectively use student success systems, processes and tools. Maintain a functional working knowledge of the growing field/discipline of Student Success. Work with units within the Division and across the University to identify and address needs that could be served through such outputs as online modules and materials, e-messages, interactive presentation materials, and web-based content relevant to student success. Serve as a liaison to other communicators within the Division for projects relevant to student success goals. Play a key role in developing communications and materials to support the use of NYU Connect, the university's student success platform, including the development and delivery of training using various modalities (e.g. online, in-person, clinics, etc.). Write and edit print/digital communications.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in developing, designing and delivering training and communication. Experience designing, developing and delivering training solutions including use of online vehicles.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in Higher Education. Experience with screen capture and video training applications and technology.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience in developing communications via various methods and channels such as email, text, newsletters, blogs, chat and web. Experience working closely with and interacting with various levels of stakeholders and users. Demonstrated experience and proven success in training and communications. Ability to develop and maintain multiple channels and methods of communications. Ability to work in application systems such as NYU Connect. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship building skills. Proven success working in a project team-oriented environment. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with Power Point, Word, Excel, and online learning development tools. Ability to be flexible and adjust as needed to changes in deadline and priorities.
