As a Digital Product Analyst within the Digital Banking and Emerging Technologies team reporting to the VP Digital Product Management, you’ll play a key role in helping Dollar Bank extend the reach of its values and customer-first philosophy to the digital channel through the delivery of enhanced mobile and online capabilities. As we pursue our ambitious new digital agenda, you’ll help us build the right things by honing your quantitative and qualitative skills to understand customer needs, track key performance indicators and assimilate industry trends. You’ll also help us build the things right by developing comprehensive product requirements documentation and serving as a liaison between our technical teams and cross-functional partners throughout the entire project delivery cycle to launch.
Principal Activities and Duties: * Support digital roadmap initiatives, existing platform feature enhancement projects, and te chnical changes to online and mobile banking platforms. * Elicit high-level product requirements based on business and user needs. Create and maintain product requirements documentation for digital initiatives. Possess strong knowledge of the digital platforms, including the features and functionality across mobile and online capabilities. * Play a key role in the planning, testing, and implementation of digital enhancements and updates working with digital product, development, and QA teams. * Be involved in development projects to ensure system enhancements follow the product requirements and meet or exceed user and stakeholder expectations. Perform user acceptance testing. * Function as the liaison between marketing, customer service, operations, and the technical areas (including QA) throughout the digital product and project cycles. Partner to coordinate launch and functional support plans with internal teams. * Suppor t digital product management in maintaining tactical alignment with strategic product roadmap. * Analyze and report on usage data and traffic patterns of digital platforms to determine potential updates. * Track and drive improvements to Key Performance Indicators (adoption and use of digital services). * Collect, analyze, synthesize, and report on voice of the customer feedback. * Develop specific recommendations on how to drive customer engagement, product purchase and satisfaction. * Keep current on industry trends in the digital space.
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree required. * Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a professional environment including one year of experience working with digital/mobile initiatives in an analyst or product capacity is required. * Understanding of mobile apps and responsive web, including iOS and Android differences, secu rity between platforms, P2P payments, mobile RDP and notifications. * Experience with documenting requirements for digital products, features, services. * Able to discuss technical development with internal teams and vendors. * Analytical, critical, and creative problem solving skills with an understanding of utilizing electronic delivery channels to meet business goals. * Demonstrated experience managing multiple initiatives at the same time including complex projects. * Quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to synthesize data and draw conclusions. * Experience with product management and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile). * Demonstrated communications, interpersonal, and relationship management skills; ability to work well as part of a cross-functional team and lead across the organization at multiple levels. * Excellent verbal, writi ng and presentation skills. * Passion for customers and a demonstrated focus on customer experience. * Personal computer skills – particularly Microsoft Office programs – and the demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software/systems.
