The Coordinator works on the Career Education & Coaching team to support career coaching services and programming offered to HBS MBAs and alumni. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the ongoing operations of the MBA and Alumni Career Coaching program and for detailed analysis required to manage program scope and quality. In addition, the Coordinator leads in the logistics of Alumni Reunion and supports the execution of MBA programs throughout the year.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as Coaching Team Lead on Key Career Coaching Systems
Lead on software systems with SME responsibility supporting the coaching program
Time Reporting and Payroll Service
12Twenty Recruiting Platform
Serve as Silverpop/Email communications expert for coaching-specific mailings
Serve as Qualtrics/Polling Expert
Maintain the Career Coach directory (alumni and MBA) to ensure proper visibility of the coaches and to align with the coaching module of the main HBS Recruiting platform.
Manage MBA and Alumni Coaching Program Operations
Manage weekly coach invoicing process
Gather MBA Buzz content for CEC to share with CPD Office Lead
Provide ongoing communications/support for coaches
Field coaching-related questions/requests forwarded from the CPD main office account including pre-matriculation coaching requests
Facilitate daily room assignments for coaches
Provide daily coach schedule to front desk
Staff and ensure coverage for Coach on Call Program
Manage room reservation process for ongoing coaching programs (Coaching, Coach on Call, Job Search Café)
Lead new coach onboarding logistics (bio, headshot, systems training)
Contribute to MBA and Alumni Program Work
Logistics Lead for Monthly Peer Review Meeting (RSVP, Media Services, Room Reservation, Catering, Content Distribution)
Assist Club Liaison with AFAA Resume Review Program (Coach RSVP, Schedule)
Assist Associate Director for RC Coach Matching and Outreach at start of academic year
Take team lead role for RC Resume Review, RC Cover Letter Review programs
Take team lead role for Resumania (coach rsvp, scheduling)
Participate as team member for Prep Days 1:1 interview program logistics and day-of execution
Assist Associate Director with ECAP program management (manage mailings, assign students)
Take team lead role for Annual Coach Training logistics.
Manage LinkedIn Makeover content and training (coaches and staff).
Participate as team member in other MBA and alumni programs as required.
Analyze Coaching Program Performance Measures
Develop and provide monthly and YE performance metrics (coaching volume, mix)
Develop consolidated and individual coach rating reporting 2x/year
Work with Associate Director to develop next year coach compensation levels
Manage coach feedback poll
Provide budget-related analysis as requested by Associate Director
Assist with Wilder First Floor coverage.

5+ years of related experience.
Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical background and comfort with excel important. Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong team orientation. Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated reliability on project follow-through and ability to take initiative with all projects. Self-starter with an eye towards consistent project and program improvement. Proven ability to work successfully autonomously and as a team member. Strong service orientation a must. Experience and comfort level working within technology platforms a plus. Some night and weekend work required. BS/BA preferred.
