Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Talent Acquisition will join a innovative and inspiring leadership team that includes system leaders from Compensation, Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing, and Provider Recruitment.

As a System Director of Talent Acquisition, you need to know how to:
Inspire vision for the recruitment team driven by our missions, values and goals.
Motivate, lead and guide a team of savvy recruiters responsible for filling role across the organization.
Lead the Supervisor of Onboarding in continued creation of processes to elevate candidate experience and hiring leader satisfaction.
Use strategic and industry insight and knowledge to further enhance recruitment practices.
Translate organization strategies into actionable goals, plans, and metrics for the department.
Balance customer feedback and metrics to guide team in reaching successful outcomes.
Develop relationships with senior leaders and business partners in order to anticipate service needs and drive solutions based on organization goals.
Partner with the Director of Talent Attraction & Sourcing to lead programs and projects focusing on workforce development.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
Bachelor’s level degree
Master’s level degree is preferred
Eight (8) years of work experience in the field is required, including at least three (3) years of previous supervisory or management level experience
5 years of healthcare experience. Previous work experience at the director level is preferred
