The Executive Assistant and Project Manager to the COO of Psychiatry will have a multi faceted position. Serving as a major support person to the COO, this position will share responsibilities with the Executive Assistant to the Chair in facilitating the functions of the Chair’s office including scheduling, emails, recruitment visits, project management. In addition, they will serve as the senior point person for projects that fall under the management of the COO. This includes space reallocations and design, event planning and participation in business meetings, contract proposals and development, strategic marketing projects.
