As a member of Content Group within the Division of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Content Coordinator will work within a team responsible for enterprise-level digital strategy including social media outreach, email strategy and metrics, Syracuse.edu, central administration, advancement and enrollment management support. The coordinator will set up, prepare and publish digital content and assist in gathering data and presenting metrics on the outcome of digital campaigns.
This individual will have knowledge and experience using web tools and technologies including email management platforms, Wordpress web sites, web accessibility and Responsive Web Design.
The Digital Content Coordinator will also:
Have an extreme eye for detail, and possess strong graphic design skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design programs.
Be able to explain technical/design details to non-technical individuals and mentor junior/student designers and student social media team members in coordination with the Syracuse social media team.
