Your role & work environment As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) Private Banking & Wealth Management, your challenge is to empower and assist our clients to grow their wealth, realize their goals and ambitions by being their empathic sparring partner. Your main challenge will be to drive & execute the (internal) communication & content approach within ING Private Banking. So we continue to attract new clients and deepen the relationship with existing clients , Your success indicator is the overall customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities
- You are the go to person for the communication topics through the ING Private Banking segment - You determine the (internal) communication & content approach within ING Private Banking in a customer centric way, delighting our (internal) clients - You roll out the (internal) communication & content approach within ING Private Banking - You link continuously within the teams of ING Private Banking BE in order to communicate the right messages & in the right way. - You make the difference in an easy and personal way - You develop the ideal channel mix based on customer needs
