You, as the Slate Business Analyst, will play a key strategic role in serving as an internal consultant to the UAO and Financial Aid & Student Employment Office (FAOSEO) regarding utilizing the Technolutions Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in the operations of recruitment. You will be a leader and critical member of the Vice Provost for Enrollment unit which include UAO, FAOSEO, and the Office of the University Registrar. You would serve as a resource for providing strategic business analysis (retrieving admission data, including generating queries and reports), systems support, documentation, supporting communication projects, and CRM functionality.

Experience in e-mail marketing, managing web content, analytics and reporting.
Solid consulting/analytical skills.Experience in analyzing business requirements, developing project plans; designing, developing, testing and implementing solutions.You will be able to listen carefully to key stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate their needs into a concrete action plan.
Significant experience with programming languages such as HTML, XML, SQL, and CSS. Extensive knowledge in creating data filters and data filters.
Demonstrated ability to identify desired outcomes, develop and implement solutions to achieve those outcomes, and adapt/respond to issues/situations as necessary. Demonstrate a comfort with ambiguity.
Proven ability to develop competence in new subject areas, manage multiple assignments in a proactive manner and meet aggressive deadlines.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Ability to work under pressure and with confidential information.Professionalism, tact, excellent judgment, flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.
Travel 2-3 weeks a year.
Database management experience preferably in an admission or enrollment management environment.
Experience and understanding of PS, Slate (or CRM) and Image Now desirable.
