The Tepper School's Masters Career Center (MCC) is searching for a Recruiting Events Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity if you thrive in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by providing essential support in the scheduling and coordination of 100+ annual corporate presentations, events such as Network Night and Office Hour, and various other recruiting activities.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Responsible for interactions with corporate representatives to oversee the scheduling and arrangements of various events to include managing room reservations, delivery and set-up of food, setting up audio/visual equipment, and other logistics.
Recruit and supervise graduate students for Peer Career Assistant (PCA) roles to ensure events are appropriately staffed for greeting visitors, and all logistics executed.
Prepare employer recruiting packets in advance of on-campus recruiting dates; keep master copies of all information in recruiter packets.
Bundle resume documents and schedules for employers and the MCC front desk, ensuring accurate and timely information.
Ensure that all corporate events and workshops are videotaped or digitally recorded; coordinating with the computing services group when needed.Maintain web-based library of recorded materials.
Collaborate with recruiting team members for the daily posting of job opportunities on Tepper Symplicity.
Provide back-up support as needed to on-campus recruiting functions and MCC Front Desk Coordinator. May be required to provide front desk coverage.
Assist in providing administrative support for various MCC Directors. This primarily includes processing travel expense reporting on Oracle.
Serve as a member of the MCC Website Committee.Support and chip in to web-related projects as needed.
Responsible for the inputting of confidential student interview feedback forms from recruiters to the MCC interview feedback database.

High School diploma, or GED, required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum three years of relevant experience required; combination of education and experience will be considered.
Administrative or event planning experience in a fast paced environment highly desired.Familiarity with on-campus recruiting events, systems, and on-line video editing equipment preferred.
Working knowledge of Symplicity highly desired; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software packages to produce, edit and upload to the web highly desired.
