Summary Our client, a progressive Powersports company in the Midwest, is seeking a National Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to assume a leadership role in the organization and lead their product expansion and growth.
The National Sales Manager drives top line revenue growth and initiatives for the client’s Powersports segment. The position is responsible for developing and executing the segment strategic plans, initiating new product development strategies, and developing marketing programs and service strategies. Successful candidate will lead, grow and shape team of outside representatives.
Powersports/motorcycle market experience and strong product background required
BS in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent work experience
Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, and project management experience
Strong interpersonal and presentation/facilitation skills, and the ability to lead and build relationships across cross-functional teams and externally
Experience in product development, strategic planning, and implementation preferred
