Expedient is hiring an experienced Growth Marketer to join the team in Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Growth Marketer will develop and implement smart strategies using paid media channels to drive sales leads for Expedient. This highly visible role requires a self-starter with solid demonstrated success in prospecting and retargeting as well as using SEM, SEO, and paid digital ads to drive lead generation and business growth.
Expedient’s Growth Marketer will be responsible for identifying and scaling cost-effective lead generation campaigns across all paid media channels and will work cross-departmentally to ensure world-class execution.
Manage all aspects of paid media marketing, from strategy to execution
Develop robust test & learn plans, based on data and analytical insights, to improve performance throughout the conversion funnel
Responsible for campaign user experience and the full customer journey
Plan and manage the annual budget for: paid search; SEO; direct mail; and paid social
Launch complex paid social campaigns (prospecting and retargeting, custom audience, look-a-like audiences, etc.)
Lead the direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting
Own day-to-day campaign performance, monitoring and maintaining budgets, pacing and bid adjustments
Analyze campaign results, identifying actionable opportunities (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.) to improve performance and scale
Propose and execute A/B tests on creative, audiences, landing pages and other digital properties
No less than 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing
Demonstrated success managing bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting
Direct and deep SEM and SEO expertise (Google AdWords, Google Analytics) is a must with strong knowledge of paid social marketing across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
Experience running and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including A/B testing
Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations to all levels within the organization
Consistent experience analyzing data within the marketing funnel in order to identify and size growth opportunities
Proven ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
Grit and willingness to test continuously with a strong problem/ solution mindset
Idea leadership and a find-a-way mentality to improve performance
