Participates in redesigning and implementing changes to Finance systems, while providing project management to various aspects of the overall plan.
Essential Job Duties
Assist in systems setups to generate monthly management and analytical reports, including designing, modifying, and maintaining financial reports.
Develop materials and on-going trainings on Ounce financial policies and procedures for individuals or groups of Ounce staff as needed.
Create detailed work plan to identify and sequence activities needed to successfully complete projects. Projects will require system design abilities, software implementation experience, and project management skills.
Ensure that outcomes of the project are on-time, on-budget and on-quality and consistent within established guidelines.
Work collaboratively with finance staff, consultants, volunteers (if appropriate) to ensure assignments are appropriately distributed.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills and abilities commonly associated with this position.
Knowledge and experience with accounting and financial procedures including accounts payable, purchasing, cash receipts, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation and analysis.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Intermediate knowledge of financial report writing software, general ledger software and database queries. Experience with MS Dynamics Navision, Adaptive Insights, Concur, and/or Jet Reports, is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Two or more years of experience in finance or similar industries.
