The John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is currently looking to fill Co-adjutant/Research and Non-Teaching positions to work with the Center and the NJ Office of Innovation to help design and develop technologically advanced innovative digital strategies to improve the delivery of public services, including the public workforce development system, and contribute to our research into the changing dynamics of the American labor market and the implications of advanced technologies both on the American workforce and the public workforce delivery system.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of a master's degree plus relevant experience or a bachelor's degree plus at last three years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of governance innovation and operations or advanced design and strategies that promote open, effective and networked governing institutions using data, technology and crowdsourcing.
