This fixed-term (36 months) grant funded position will serve as the project lead for the Network for Improvement and Innovation in College Health. This position will manage a portfolio of national initiatives focused on achieving transformative change on college campuses in support of the audacious goal of all college students reaching their fullest potential by ensuring they have the best health possible. This position will oversee the core functions of national learning collaboratives and networks focused on accelerating breakthrough improvement of population health and clinical care outcomes across participating college campuses and organizations. Key responsibilities include project management and operations, harvesting and synthesizing key learnings, community building, organizing in-person and virtual convenings, facilitating coaching and peer-support, resource development, and knowledge management. This position will also serve as the primary communications lead and will produce diverse communication products such as reports, newsletters, toolkits, blog postings, white papers, and social media.

Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in: • managing complex large-scale projects or programs • building shared vision, facilitating productive dialogue, and mobilizing/supporting coordinated action in complex, interorganizational settings among groups with differing interests • developing communications strategy and producing communications messages and products across multimedia platforms • organizing in-person and virtual convenings • harvesting and disseminating key learnings and insights from demonstration projects
Preferred Experience: Experience with learning collaboratives; network or coalition building; health, healthcare, social sector, and/or higher education transformation; grant writing.

Strong problem solving, organizational, multitasking, and project management skills. Able to see, and pivot between, multiple paths to the same goal. Knowledge and skills in the use of quality improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Model for Improvement), innovation methods, and data analytics. Ability to think at a systems level. Video editing / graphic design skills.
