Full‐time position with significant physical security design, engineering, and project management skills. This position shall maintain overall responsibility for the oversight and program management of the physical security systems and infrastructure to be installed at clients site. This Project Management role is expected to coordinate between the security consultant, security integrator, CBRE, the clients security team members, Construction Management firm, Architect firm and the project team as necessary. This role may require a peer review of security design drawings, specifications, sketches, as well as the management and oversight of the selected integration firm to ensure project deliverables adhere to the schedule, security devices are installed per the drawings and specifications, and have the ability to answer field conditions.
Security and low‐voltage system design, engineering, and project management experience -implementation oversight and quality control testing
Support and manage development of key deliverables for project team
Answering technical project team questions
Assist in meeting budget, quality control, and schedule requirements for assigned projects
Develop system budgets and technical calculations as needed
Time management including prioritization of tasks, timing and deadlines to manage multiple deliverables
A motivated self‐starter with a focus on consistency and quality. Understand the task at hand and always work with the project team to better any process for accuracy, efficiency and productivity
Understanding of project management life cycle, with an ability to read, develop, and understand proposals, specifications and other technical documentation
Exercise good judgment and act as the SME representing Corporate Security
Coordinate and resolve project related issues and work with project team members to follow up on issues and provide regular status updates. Identify challenges to resolving issues and work to develop strategies to overcome barriers; provide follow‐on activities around issues
Coordinate with A/E and internal project team for the development and timely production of project deliverables
Effective communication & project documentation
Utilizes your experience and expertise in developing and implementing best practices, standards and processes
Conduct meetings and accurate field surveys as required
Have deep technical knowledge of security systems, integrations, installation and project management, and have the ability to identify value oriented solutions as needed
The PM shall fulfill their engagement deliverables, provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
A minimum of ten years in low‐voltage systems design or project management
Knowledge in the low voltage systems and life safety/security industry
Ability to read, interpret and understand A/E documentation, including; plans, elevations, equipment / hardware schedules, and other project related information as necessary to complete detailed designs for low‐voltage systems integration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in design process; knowledge of engineering software tools, templates and management techniques
Able to independently develop specifications, drawings and other documentation should it be needed
Analytical and have good problem solving skills
Ability to achieve project goals in a fast paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities
Desired certifications: ASIS PSP, PMP
Software Applications Requirements: MS Office Suite 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook), MS Project Manager, Autodesk Design Review – Current Review, Bluebeam, etc.
Comfortable speaking with architects, engineers and other project team members coordinate and integrate low‐voltage systems and details
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
