This Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for: - Leading and managing multiple quality/process improvement projects or one larger project or high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
- Serving as in-house process improvement consultant to the administrative and clinical leadership of the hospital.
- Facilitating and coordinating analytical support to operational and clinical resource analysis and benchmarking initiatives and working on issues related to process improvement.
To qualify, you must have: - The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum of five to seven years relevant experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree related field, at least two years' experience managing multiple highly complex projects using Lean Six Sigma or QI (Shewhart/PDSA) Methodology, demonstrated use of HFMEA or Human Factors Science and Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt or other QI Certification.
- Advanced knowledge of PC-based software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and manual and web-based applications for collecting/ reporting data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement and/or process improvement activities.
