FXLM and TTS have established a joint-venture that encompasses integration of products and services across both businesses to bring new products that add value to our Corporate client base. This role would require the candidate to partner with FXLM and TTS teams to help execute the strategic plan for the FXLM-TTS JV.
Analysis of global current cross border capabilities, including regional variances
Working with FXLM Sales, eSales, Operations and TTS Sales, Product, Market Management and Operations to map current systems, processes and exception management
Discuss and document requirements for the new design
Work with technology to execute changes/re-design in core technology infrastructure to support the re-designed platform
Monitor and manage the execution of multiple project(s) and ensure timeliness of delivery so that program milestones are met
Create robust onboarding and implementation documentation to help Product and Sales to onboard clients
Work out a detailed migration strategy that has minimal client disruption
Skills and Qualifications
Very good understanding of FXLM systems and processes from pricing, distribution, trade execution and settlement
Understanding of payment flows including origination and settlement procedures
Ability to synthesize front-to-back flow design by bringing in knowledge of cross border payments lifecycle
Very good understanding of the financial and operational risk involved in a cross border payment
Quick learner with ability to get into unfamiliar territory and understand the processes and underlying objectives
Familiarity with technology implementations including APIs, GUIs and general development life cycle
Outstanding communication skills to verbalize ideas and persuade diverse interests to move towards a common, meaningful goal
Ability to manage stressful situations across multiple partners with varying objectives
