Work with Region to execute Go to Common strategy/design across Asia ; and addressing country micro strategy
Engages with other country stakeholders (i.e. BP&A, DM, Cards, Retail) to leverage on the Power of One and deliver a Remarkable experience to clients and to further deepen client relationships via cross sell
Lead the team to effectively to deliver all actions in Plan
Work with Region to simplify, standardise, and enhance Products, Processes and Systems so as to achieve a Remarkable Customer Experience. Examples of region led enhancements include the front end credit initiation systems and CBOL enhancements. Ensure that country specific requirements (due to regulations for example) in regional led projects are catered for , and UAT are carried out successfully on systems
Work on Country specific enhancements (i.e. country's central bank's specification of pricing structure), in consultation with Region to ensure alignment with Go to Common strategy including the Digital Strategy.
Implement US regulatory & Global policies cascaded from Region and to ensure compliance with local regulations including responding to regulators (together with Country Legal & Compliance). This includes actions to effect compliance within country and across Retail banking
Carry out competition monitoring to identify new product features, promotions, and pricing structures in local market and to react accordingly. To also share these learnings with Region & other countries to evaluate if there's any market opportunities for Citi
Prepare Product collateral & Legal Documentation that will be in compliance to local, regional & global standards. This includes Digital & Paper collaterals that may be channel, campaign or event specific. This includes the creation &/or adaptation of Facility Letters and T&Cs and Factsheets/checklists
Responsible for activation and renewal of key vendors like Valuers, Conveyancers and Fire Insurance Carriers including the onboarding of vendor, signing of contract, performance review and feedback with Risk management.Monitor, review and manage actions to achieve the financials, risk, controls, profitability & MWB targets. This included Strategic Planning
Coordinate the BUCO, Audit, FCR such as citiRisk/MCA & ARA, internal/external audits & CAPS, and FRCs. On an ongoing basis, to ensure robust business processes to be audit ready

Actively participate in business transformation actions involving Digital and use of Big Data, Robotics to grow the business
Graduate degree from a recognized university, preferably from Banking/Finance /Accountancy/Business Economics/Real Estate.
At least 5 years of relevant experience working in a retail banking business, preferably in mortgage or other product management roles.
