This position involves collaboration with the New Balance Foundation Obesity Prevention Center at Boston Children's Hospital on an exciting wraparound model for treating children with or at risk for obesity. Integration of services between health care systems and community partners, and care coordination to ensure appropriate utilization of services, are integral to this model. The successful candidate must have the ability to work well in team environments, strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and a desire to develop expertise and technical skills pertaining to integrated care.
This position will be responsible for:
Providing advanced administrative and strategic management to the implementation of the goals the Integrated Care Program.
